At McKeever Teamwear, we are dedicated to ensuring your squad is satisfied with their gear. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return non-customized items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the 'Order History' section to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for any eligible non-personalized items.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached, and include a copy of your dispatch note inside the secure packaging.

• 3.
  Label and Send

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point or post office.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange items within 7 to 10 business days.
